President: Vicki Hsueh
Vice-President: Theresa Warburton
UFWW relies on the support of its membership and the time and service of faculty across campus. Most of the leadership positions of UFWW are filled through a members-only election process.
The three governing bodies of the UFWW are:
- the general membership
- the Stewards’ Council
- the Executive Board, which consists of at-large representatives and officers.
The membership of the UFWW has the final say on union issues and will participate regularly in elections of officers, approval of union business, approval of contracts and activities related to bargaining, and the review of union matters.
